Part-Time | In house Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join Air Hostd. This role is integral to driving our online presence and engagement through a multi-faceted digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing our content across all digital platforms, enhancing our brand visibility, and driving traffic through targeted digital campaigns. Ideally you will have experience in or passion for the world of Air bnb and vacation rentals.

Responsibilities:

SEO and SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase leads.

Content Creation: Generate engaging content across multiple formats, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media updates, and video content, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and SEO strategy.

Social Media Management: Oversee our social media profiles, design social media campaigns, and maintain a content calendar that promotes audience interaction and increases community size and engagement.

Email Marketing: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Draft emails to promote our services, engage with the audience, and analyze the performance to improve future campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Web Management: Maintain and update our website content via WIX Studio, ensuring a seamless user experience that optimally represents our brand.

Video Marketing: Create compelling video content that aligns with overall marketing campaigns and strategies.

Digital Advertising: Manage online ads through platforms like Google Ads and social media, and develop landing pages for promotional activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, collaborators, and departments to integrate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in digital marketing, including content management, SEO, email marketing, and social media.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, content management systems (e.g., WIX Studio), and email marketing tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
